The key of DC power supply consists of four parts: power transformer, inverter circuit, low-pass filter and regulated power supply circuit.
DC power transformer is a soft magnetic induction component, which is used for output power transmission, operation voltage conversion and insulation protection. It has been widely used in power supply technology and power electronics technology.
2. DC power inverter circuit
"Inverter circuit" is a power supply circuit that converts communication current energy into DC power energy. Most inverter circuits are composed of transformer, rectifier, main power supply circuit and filter. It is widely used in the variable speed of DC motor, excitation regulator adjustment of generator set, electrolysis method, electroplating process and other industries. The inverter circuit is generally composed of main power supply circuit, filter and transformer.
The effect of the DC power inverter circuit is to convert the communication current with low operating voltage output by the communication step-down circuit into a unilateral pulsating DC power supply, which is the whole process of the rectifier of the communication current. The key of the inverter circuit is composed of rectifier tubes. After the inverter circuit, the operating voltage is no longer the communication current, but a mixed operating voltage with communication voltage and communication current. It is conventionally called unilateral pulsating voltage.
3. DC power low pass filter
DC power low-pass filter is commonly used to filter out the harmonic distortion in the output voltage of rectifier. It is generally composed of inductive components, such as power capacitor C connected in series at both ends of input resistance or inductance L connected in series with load, and various small compound low-pass filters composed of capacitors and inductors.
4. DC power supply regulated power supply circuit
DC power supply regulated power supply circuit refers to the power supply circuit that can keep the output voltage stable when the input operation voltage, load, operation temperature and main parameters of the power supply circuit change. This kind of power supply circuit can produce stable DC power supply, which is widely used in all kinds of electronic products.
