Output working voltage adjustment
For module power products with trim or adj output pin, the output working voltage can be adjusted within a certain range according to the resistor or resistor, and the adjustment range is usually ± 10%.
For the trim output pin, connect the management center of the resistor with the trim. In all modules with + s and - s pins, the other two sides are connected with + s and - s respectively.
Without +S or -S, each side will receive the output of the relative main path (+S to +Vin, -S to -Vin), and then adjust the resistor. The resistance of the resistor is usually 5 ~ 10K Ω, which is more suitable.
The output pin of adj is divided into input side adjustment and output side section. The adjustment method of output edge is the same as that of trim pin. When adjusting the output working voltage while typing, connect one side of the resistor to the management center and the other end to the ground.
Type maintenance power circuit
Generally, module power supply products often have embedded filters, which can consider the provisions of normal power supply application. If a higher specified electrical system is necessary, the Internet should be improved. LC or π type Internet can be selected, but attention should be paid to selecting smaller inductors and large capacitors as much as possible.
In order to avoid damaging the module power supply by the transient high voltage of the input power supply, it is suggested that the customer connect the transient digestion and absorption secondary tube at the input terminal and cooperate with the application of fuse tube to ensure that the module is within the safe input working voltage range.
In order to reduce common mode noise and improve y (CY) capacitors, several NF high-frequency capacitors are usually selected. R is the safety tube, D1 is the maintenance secondary tube, and D2 is the transient digestion and absorption secondary tube (p6ke series products).
Remote control on / off power circuit
The actual operation of the remote control switch of the module power supply is carried out according to the REM terminal. There are usually two manipulation methods:
(1) Rem is connected with - VIN (reference ground), the remote control is turned off, and VREF < 0.4V is specified. Rem is tilted or connected with + Vin. During module operation, vrem is specified to be > 1V.
(2) Rem is connected to VIN, the remote control is turned off, and vrem < 0.4V is specified. Rem is connected with + Vin. During the operation of the module, vrem is specified to be > 1V. REM tilt, remote control off, that is to say "tilt off" (- R).
