How to conduct component face inspection on power adapter

Preparation before operation:

1, wear a good electrostatic ring, and confirm that it is in good contact with the wrist and the electrostatic grounding wire;

2, read the operating instructions, clear job content, steps and precautions;

3, check the materials and operating instructions listed in the material number, specifications are consistent, do a good job of material specifications labeling distinction and classification control;

Operation steps:

1, take the material check: take the PCBA completed on the workstation to confirm that the components are not omitted, wrong insertion, insertion of the reverse.

2、Operation:①Check the prototype carefully, make clear the position of each component on the PCBA and plug-in method and keep in mind;

② check the completion of the last process on the PCBA components on the correct specifications, from top to bottom, from left to right to check the PCBA DIP components on the flat inserted tightly PCB board does not float high (conventional components allowed to float high ≤ 0.5mm), vertical inserted components vertical PCB board is not skewed, plug-in height requirements of the components must be plugged into the corner of the K feet are not skewed; ③ focus on checking the T1 transformer, CN1 ③ focus on checking the T1 transformer, CN1 USB socket is not skewed, not floating high;

④ focus on checking the polarity of the plug-in components (refer to the left picture of the polarity of the plug-in icon to check the electrolytic capacitors) must be consistent with the PCB board screen printing and prototype plug-ins, followed by checking the components without leakage insertion, less insertion, insertion error, insertion of the reverse, ultra-board edges, floating high and other defects, and found to be poor timely corrections and feedback to the relative operator and report to pull the long;
