1. Short circuit test

The no-load short-circuit test allows the power supply to run from no-load to short circuit repeatedly, the full load short-circuit test allows the power supply to run continuously from full load to short circuit, and the short-circuit start-up allows the power supply to test from short circuit to repeated power on.

 

2. Switch test

The input power input voltage point (the maximum load of the power module) will be off for 15 seconds and will last for 5 seconds.


3. Input transient high voltage test

Input the rated voltage, use the oscilloscope to record the number of high voltage cycles, the power supply runs under full load, and the superimposed voltage jump continues to run.


4. Input power unstable output dynamic load test

The input voltage is adjusted to unstable conversion, and the output is adjusted to maximum load and no-load conversion for continuous operation.

 

5. Power waveform test

Simulate spike, burr, harmonic voltage input, test power supply performance and parameters, check components and other questions and answers.

 

6. Voltage test

Test multiple operating overvoltages to understand how overvoltages affect the device.

 

7. High and low temperature test

Because the performance parameters of the components are abnormal at both high and low temperatures, long-term testing may expose them.
