The external interference generated by the power adapter, such as power line harmonic current, power line conduction interference, electromagnetic field radiation interference, etc., can only be solved by reducing the interference. On the one hand, you can enhance the design of the input / output filter circuit, improve the performance of the active power factor compensation (APFC) circuit, reduce the switching tube and the rectifier, the renewal diode voltage, current rate of change, the use of a variety of soft-switching circuit topology and control, etc.; on the other hand, to strengthen the shielding effect of the chassis, to improve the chassis leakage of the seams, and a good grounding.

In the propagation path, appropriate increase in high anti-interference ability of TUS and high-frequency capacitors, ferrite beads and other components, in order to improve the anti-interference ability of small signal circuits; small signal circuits that are close to the chassis should be added to the appropriate insulation voltage treatment, etc.; power device heat sinks, the main transformer's electromagnetic shielding should be appropriately grounded; the large grounding area between the various control units is shielded with grounding plates; in the rectifier's Rack, to consider the electromagnetic coupling between the rectifier, the entire ground layout, etc., in order to improve the stability of the internal work of the power adapter.
