We follow the process strictly as below.
After receiving the alarm, the central control personnel inform the Customer Relationship Director of the front office and the personnel of the engineering department, and run to the alarm point with walkie talkie, flashlight, fire telephone, fire emergency box, fire extinguisher, etc. After confirming the fire situation, inform the fire central control room with walkie talkie immediately, and carry out initial fire fighting.
2、 After receiving the confirmed fire alarm, the check-in personnel in the fire control room shall immediately notify the main desk according to the alarm procedure, and the main desk shall notify all departments and leaders to organize the fire fighting work on site according to the notification procedure.
3、 Fire fighting procedure
1. Security department: check in staff, inform the guard on duty with walkie talkie, and report to the manager of security department at the same time. The personnel on duty shall use walkie talkie to inform the personnel of each post to prepare for evacuation and enter the alert state. Volunteer firefighters rush to the fire scene immediately from the fire passage, immediately connect and lay water hose, and immediately use fire hydrant water to put out the fire after forcibly cutting off non fire power supply.
2. Engineering Department: after receiving the alarm, the on duty personnel shall immediately inform the water pump room, power distribution room and direct combustion engine room, and the relevant personnel shall be on standby, and the on-site engineering personnel shall cut off the power supply in the fire area.
4、 Evacuation procedure
Evacuation is a very difficult work, so it should be carried out in a calm, calm and orderly manner. All staff guide the guests in their own work area, and withdraw from the fire safety entrance to the safe area outside the apartment in a calm and orderly manner. When the fire is difficult to control, the top person in charge on the scene orders to call "119" to report to the police, and all staff enter the emergency evacuation state, A member of the security department went outside the apartment to welcome the fire truck of the public security fire brigade. The security guards of the security department open each evacuation exit and execute according to the evacuation plan.
