Stability and credibility is the essence. If the power supply module operates smoothly and reliably during operation, other characteristics can not be guaranteed. From the perspective of design scheme, it must be considered that when the control module is in the most extreme natural environment, the electrical stress and welding stress of each component in the control module are within the allowable range, and the necessary capacity must be retained, and it should be maintained for a long time when the system software suffers from the necessary interference.

From the perspective of application, although some characteristics cannot be detected, the reliability of power supply stability can be tested according to the limit detection standard of the specification, such as maximum and minimum working voltage, maximum and minimum temperature, large load, etc.

It can also detect the surge immunity, electrostatic induction immunity and monopulse group immunity of the control module according to the specification; It can also detect the continuous short circuit fault of the control module and restart repeatedly. Main parameter 2: capacitive load and short circuit protection.

The higher the capacity of capacitive load, the higher the current limiting point. During the start-up and output short-circuit fault, it usually causes high electrical ground stress, which makes the transformer saturated.

At the same time, in the range of switching power supply from rated load to current limiting point load, switching power supply can not establish short-circuit protection, which will seriously endanger the credibility and service life of switching power supply.


Main parameter 3: other basic characteristics.

Other characteristics that must be relatively good, such as: ripple noise, working voltage precision, working voltage regulation rate, starting overshoot, rise time, power failure maintenance time, full load power, high efficiency, etc. However, the standard test standard should be selected. For example, when detecting the ripple noise, the network bandwidth should be limited to 30m, and the relying test method or the straight-line test method should be selected.
