First, when charging, the power indicator light is on and the charging indicator light is orange.

 

 First of all, please check the charger output plug and the battery box charging plug is not plugged tightly. If you are sure that there is no problem, you can check whether the fuse tube above the battery box is open or the fuse holder has a loose contact phenomenon. In addition, some models have to open the battery lock before charging. If the above faults are ruled out, consider whether the charger output line is open circuit, use a multimeter voltage block (200V block) to measure the no-load output voltage of the power supply, should be 41-44V (with 36V batteries due to the different chargers are different), such as no words, it may be the output line of the charger is open-circuit, and open the charger to change the output line, you can rule out the problem. Note: When replacing the charger output line, be sure to pay attention to the original positive and negative poles do not reverse.

 

Second, the power indicator does not light up, charging indicator does not light up

 

  Check the charger input power plug and the utility has not been connected, the charger input plug into a normal power outlet to try, such as the situation remains the same, will open the charger shell, observe the machine fuse is not broken, such as not broken, first check whether the power input line is good, after ruling out the failure of the power input line, you should check the board near the high-voltage area of the components are not welded, the fuse holder is not poor contact phenomenon. Fuse holder whether there is poor contact phenomenon, focus on checking the transformer T1, transistor V1, V2, etc. whether there is a phenomenon of false welding. In addition, R5 or R6 open circuit, will also cause the above failure, such as the machine fuse has been broken, then never replace the large amperage fuse tube (charger fuse tube is generally 2A), should focus on checking the D1-D4, V1, V2, R4, R7, and D15, D21 is not damaged, if so, can be used with the same type of replacement. Please note that the above components are damaged, may be damaged at the same time one or two, sometimes may be damaged at the same time several, maintenance needs to be checked one by one, the replacement of these components can be energized.

 

Third, serious heat, and even shell burned deformation phenomenon

 

 This is mainly part of the user often carry with the car caused by some components loose caused by the fault. Mainly manifested as: C18 loose soldering, will cause V1, V2 working condition is not normal, the heat is very large, serious charger shell deformation, circuit board burnt, resulting in V1, V2 damage, C18 can be re-welded, check V1, V2, R4, R7. If you can not rule out the problem, it is necessary to check the D15, D21 in whether there is an open-circuit, in addition, the output of some manufacturers of rectifier tube In addition, some manufacturers of output rectifier tube using a double diode, one of the open-circuit also caused by the above failure, sometimes the failure will cause V1, V2 in a damage. Need to check and replace at the same time.

 

Fourth, the heat is large and accompanied by abnormal sound

 

  The cause of the failure is the output stage damping capacitor R31, C17 damage. In addition, C12 open-circuit or false welding will also cause the above failure.

 

Fifth, the work of an abnormal sound, charging not into the electricity

 

  Check the circuit board C8 whether there is a false weld or damage, general replacement of C8 can be solved.

 

Six, work with an abnormal sound, power indicator and charging indicator light dark and flashing

 

 The cause of the failure is IC1 damage, be careful when replacing, do not damage the copper foil of the printed circuit board, replace the normal, need to adjust R28 so that the output voltage of the charger in the normal operating range.
