For the power supply design of control board circuit in the industry, there are two traditional design schemes: RC resistance capacitance step-down and power frequency transformer step-down.
1、 Design scheme of RC resistance capacitance step-down circuit: the power supply is mainly the power supply system for main control circuit, signal protection and display circuit. Generally, input the port number of the power supply and add the surge protection circuit to ensure the credibility and reliability of the power supply circuit. Then, the RC resistance capacitance step-down circuit converts the voltage, and finally outputs a good working voltage through the voltage stabilizing chip. In the output port number of the power supply, set the output overcurrent inspection circuit to maintain the back-end development load in case of abnormality in the power supply. The advantages are: low circuit cost and small power circuit area.
The disadvantages are: low conversion efficiency of power supply, small fluctuation range of input voltage, easy damage to load, complex circuit regulation, and unprotected input and output terminals of goods, which is easy to lead to the risk of electric shock accident.
2、 Design scheme of transformer step-down circuit: the input end and output end of the circuit are the same as the RC resistance capacitance step-down plan scheme. They must maintain the voltage and back-end development load. The difference is that the output power is transformed into transformer transmission, because the input voltage is voltage and the communication AC frequency of voltage is 50Hz, so the volume of the transformer will be relatively large, After the input kinetic energy is transmitted through the transformer and depressurized, according to the rectifier filter circuit and LDO regulator, the stable load is finally output and the power supply system voltage is required. The advantages are: the power circuit is easy to adjust, the price is low, the circuit structure is simple, and some of the high voltage and bottom voltage have been protected by the transformer to improve the safety level.
