1、 Input voltage scale
When the input voltage of switching power supply changes, the input voltage change scale keeping the output characteristics unchanged. The larger the scale, the stronger the power supply's ability to adapt to the changes of external urban power, and the larger the working scale of switching power supply. It is related to the error amplifier inside the switching power supply and the gain and duty cycle adjustment proportion of the sampling response adjustment circuit. At present, the input voltage of switching power supply has been changed to 90v-270v, which can save 110V / 220V switches on many appliances.
2、 Voltage regulation rate
Voltage regulation rate, also known as voltage stability, is the relative change of output voltage when the output current remains unchanged (i.e. the load remains unchanged) and the input communication working voltage changes. The technical objective is to verify whether the stability of the output voltage of the switching power supply meets the demand standard under the worst power supply voltage environment.
3、 Current regulation rate
Current regulation rate is also called load regulation rate. When the rated input communication voltage (such as 220VAC) and the output current changes from minimum 0 to maximum, it is the relative change of output voltage. The purpose is to verify whether the output voltage stability of switching power supply adapter meets the required standard under the worst load environment.
4、 Output internal resistance
The ratio of output voltage change to output current change. The smaller the ratio, the smaller the change of the output voltage of the power supply with the size of the load, and the better the voltage regulation performance.
5、 Conversion power
The ratio of power output power to input power. The higher the ratio, the greater the change power, the smaller the size of the switching power supply and the higher the reliability. The power of current switching power supply can reach more than 90%. 6、 Ripple of output voltage
Since the voltage stabilization process of switching power supply is a process of continuous sampling, response and regulation, there will be superimposed ripple voltage on the output DC voltage, that is, the output ripple voltage. The smaller the value, the better the output characteristics. There are two methods to indicate ripple: one is to output the effective value of ripple voltage; The other is the effective value of the output ripple voltage. The other is the peak value of the output ripple voltage.
